So, you have been thinking about having a professional photographer at your next event or you need to update your online profile photo. Call me, email me or message via Messenger! I am always happy to chat. We can even grab a coffee! Up to you.

02. Book

We discussed your needs in detail and you are happy to book, great! To secure your photo session date/time you need to pay a non-refundable retainer of $150 which goes towards your total balance. I will also ask you to sign a standard Model Release Form.

03. Before the session

If you booking me for an event or branding photography for your company, then the location is given but for other than that we can make it as relaxed or glamourous as you like.

04. After the session

Within a few days I will email you an invite to view your private online proofing gallery with all good unedited low resolution images for you to choose the ones you would like me to retouch. Or, from the event, a couple of hero shots as a teaser.

05. Paying your balance

Once you finalise your selection for my editing by marking your favourites, I will ask you to pay your balance and I start retouching your images. The payment is always required beforehand. Images are not released until a full payment is received.

06. Receiving your images

Within agreed deadline (usually 1 -2 weeks) I will email you a link to your online gallery with your professionally retouched digital images in high resolution (for printing) and low resolution (for emailing/sharing on social media).

07. Share the love

FAQ

How do I book a shoot?

Email me, text me, call me or message me on Messenger to discuss the details of your photoshoot! Your booking is confirmed once I receive your retainer deposit onto my bank account.

How many images will I receive?

All portraiture based packages (portraits, branding and team photos) are charged per digital image. You will receive a link to your private password protected online proofing gallery to choose your favourite images for my further retouching. So, how many images you pay for that is how many you will receive.

All event photography packages (events incl. weddings) are charged per hour and include all good jpegs.

What is non-refundable retainer?

A non-refundable retainer of $150 is a fee I charge in order to book your session. This deposit goes towards your final bill. The balance of your payment is required to be paid before I send you a link to your retouched photo gallery.

When do I have to pay for my wedding photos?

Non-refundable retainer deposit of $500 is due upon signing of Wedding Agreement and the balance 1 week prior to the wedding date.

What is your turnaround time?

I usually deliver retouched images within a week of your final selection for my retouching. If it is a large scale event it could take up to 2 weeks. If you require a handful of hero images from the event, the turnaround is quite swift, within a few hours to a day. I always make sure a timely delivery.

What is MyClicks Rewards Card?

It is my loyalty program! Every 5th session you book with me (excl. large scale event photography services incl. wedding) is charged at 50%. It works the same as your coffee card! If you stick with me, you will get freebies!

T&Cs aka that all important small print...


For all Portraits Photography Packages, a non-refundable $150 retainer deposit is required in order to book the time and date. The balance is due once you finalise your selection for my retouching by marking your favourites in your online proofing gallery.


For all Events Packages, a non-refundable $150 retainer deposit is required in order to book the time and date.


For a Wedding Package, a non-refundable $500 retainer deposit is due upon signing of the Wedding Agreement (at least 4 weeks ahead is highly recommended) and the balance is to be paid 1 week prior to the wedding date.


For all my images, the payment is always required beforehand. Images are not released until a full payment is received.


The preferred method of payment is a direct bank deposit. An easy and straightforward online payment option via Square now also available.


Not appearing for the photo shoot without a written notice at least a 24 hours in advance leads into loosing your non-refundable retainer.


The 5th photo session for 50% offer excludes large scale Events and all Wedding Photography packages and applies only if this session is booked and paid on time as per these T&Cs.


All the images are professionally retouched, full resolution and resized jpeg digital images delivered to you via online gallery (or via different online platforms like Dropbox or on other media upon your request).


Prints/artwork (canvas, acrylic, aluminium, wood or even a sport apparel) are available for purchase for an extra charge.


Travel costs out of Mandurah & environs charged extra at very reasonable rates (at $50 per hour).
